Konnichiwa Japan Festival is an annual celebration of Japanese culture in New Delhi, organised by Konnichiwa Japan Club since 2017. The 10th edition takes place on 12–13 December 2026, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, at Nexus Select Citywalk, Saket. Registration is free. Visitors enjoy sumo, anime and cosplay, Japanese food, live music, taiko drumming, Japanese cultural performances, hands-on workshops and Japanese shopping, all in one weekend.

The first hello
The first Konnichiwa Japan Festival is held at DLF Place, Saket, on 18–19 November 2017 as an official event of the Japan–India Year of Friendly Exchanges, with sumo demonstrations, a tea ceremony and about 10,000 visitors.

Nissan Konnichiwa Japan, held on 16–17 December at DLF Avenue, Saket, is opened by the Ambassador of Japan and features sumo, karate, taiko, Okinawan dance, a kimono show and cosplay.
